SHOULDER PAIN
Shoulder pain often starts in the neck since the nerves from the neck go into the shoulder.
If a tendon is strained or over stretched, tendonitis can occur, leading to a condition called frozen shoulder.
Sometimes a deep dull ache in the shoulder and in between shoulders blades can be a degenerated disc.
Causes of Shoulder Pain
- Over-Exertion
- Tendonitis from overuse
- Joint Instability
- Dislocation
- Trapped Nerves
Shoulder pain can be caused by what is called referred pain, which makes you think that one part of the body hurts, when in fact another part of the body is the real source of trouble, such as the liver or bladder.
Often, Shoulder Pain can manifest itself in the chest area below the collar bone.
I have successfully treated all the above.
